Dr. Satish Mohapatra: President and CEO

Dr. Mohapatra has been the President of Dynalene Inc since May 2006. Prior to his current role, he served as the Vice President of Engineering at Dynalene for about 5 years. He has over 14 years of experience in designing and developing thermal fluids such as low temperature heat transfer fluids, secondary refrigerants for supermarkets, and cooling fluids for electronics and fuel cells as well as nanofluids. He received his B.Tech. (1990) and M.Tech. (1992) degrees in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and Ph.D. (1997) in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University, PA. Dr. Mohapatra is a member of the American Chemical Society (ACS), the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE), and the Lehigh Nanotechnology Network.

David Arcury: Chief Operating Officer and Manager of High Performance Fluids

Mr. Arcury joined Dynalene in 1999 as a Sales Manager. With 20 years of sales and management experience he quickly became the VP of sales in 2001 and is now the COO of the company.

Jeffry Frick

Has 25 years of experience in the industrial valve industry as a production manager , purchasing agent and transportation manager servicing an international customer base.

Jeremy Mock: Lab Manager


Mr. Mock joined Dynalene in 2006 as a Research Technician. With many years of research experience working at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) and Bristol-Myers Squibb and prior management experience at Premium Beverage Packers he quickly became Lab Manager in 2007.

Patrick McMullen: Sales Engineer

Mr. McMullen joined Dynalene in 2009. He graduated from Moravian College in 2007 with a B.S. in Physics and received a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University in 2009. Mr. McMullen is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
