News & Events Dynalene Inc. receives $1.7 million in federal (SBIR) funding Dynalene Inc. has received two Federal Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grants totaling $1.7 million starting in '04 from the DOE and DOD in '05. The DOD project is expected to last until '08 ending with a coolant utilizing nano-technology designed for Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) cooling. The DOE funding is to end this year with coolant, again using Nano-technology to cool and eliminate the need for an ion exchange column for fuel cells.
